There are very few moments that justify me going online to leave a review. But this is most certainly one of them. I wasn’t sure what to expect of this booking. I was communicating with the property owner just a couple days before arriving in Rome. She reached out to identify the time I was expected to arrive at the apartment. And upon arrival, there was not a single disappointment to the offering. Privately owned in a picturesque and central locale of Rome, Casa Belsiana proved to have been the BEST choice I could’ve made. It was nearby the Vatican, steps away from the Spanish Steps, and above/next to some amazing restaurants. The interior was spotless – cozy, welcoming, all modern and chic. Plenty of amenities such as washer/dryer , full kitchen, and a GORGEOUS bathroom. Great WiFi and TV – not like you’ll need it walking around this ancient city. Will definitely be coming back. Major thanks to such an amazing host!

The apartment is in the heart of the historic centre of Rome and is extremely well appointed. It has everything you need and more, and has been beautifully decorated. Deborah was so helpful and always made herself available if we needed her. Although our stay was short, when we return to Rome this will be our first choice for accommodations!

The apartment is literally 2 minutes from the Spanish Steps down a traditional cobbled street. Beautifully presented throughout, with really high quality fittings and furnishings, it felt like we were the first to stay there. Deborah was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout, from booking to arrival, she even included a bottle of fizz as it was my birthday! It feels more like a suite in a luxury hotel for a fraction of the price. The only thing to note is the climb up to the fourth floor each day and night, after sightseeing, probably allows you an extra ice cream each day 🙂

Non manca assolutamente nulla ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Qualita materiali ed arredo di alto livello. Silenziosa. Pulita. Ben climatizzata. Ottimo

La posizione è bellissima, la cura nei dettagli degli arredi,molto funzionale e ottimamente rifinita.

Ottima posizione, perfetto punto di partenza per la scoperta della città. L’appartamento é accogliente, pulitissimo e curato in ogni più piccolo dettaglio. Tutto veramente impeccabile! I proprietari sono disponibili e presenti ad accogliere le richieste degli ospiti. Abbiamo passato delle splendide vacanze!

Siamo stati in questa casa a marzo …siamo stati fortunati per una serie di motivi: 1) la struttura e’ nuova ha appena aperto e noi siamo stati tra i primi clienti.2) ubicazione straordinariamente comoda 3) gestione impeccabile, cortesia , disponibilità e diretta presenza dei proprietari 4) pulizie impeccabili! Che dire nonostante Roma in questo periodo sia meravigliosa era un peccato uscire di casa. Arredata con gusto non manca di alcun confort. A questi prezzi a Roma e’ difficile trovare un livello simile… Consigliamo.

Absolutely fantastic apartment! Honestly, this space was cleaner, more modern, and afforded more perks than your average hotel. First time in Rome, and I would stay here again if I ever return – it was perfection! Deborah is an amazing host.

This place is awesomely clean! Deborah’s place is very cosy with full equipped kitchen and toileties. Bed and pillows are very comfy. It’s our first time in Rome, thank you for the memorable stay. Will definitely stay here if we are back Rome again. Cheers!
